How It Works

First, obtain a laboratory requisition form from your physician, which outlines the specific blood tests you require. Once you have this form, simply schedule an appointment on our website for a convenient at-home blood draw.

You can book appointments for yourself, on behalf of a family member if you are a caregiver, or a doctor’s office can schedule one for a patient. We will confirm the patient’s demographic information and insurance before arranging a suitable date and time for you.

Our skilled mobile phlebotomists will then visit the patient’s home at the chosen day and time to collect blood samples. Afterward, we will securely package and transport the specimens to one of our affiliated laboratory partners, such as Quest, LabCorp, or others.

Typically, your results will be accessible at your doctor’s office within 48-72 hours. They will contact you to discuss the findings once they become available.
